Leagalise is a membership only website and we take your privacy seriously. We only use your personal information that facilitate in providing Leaglise functionality only. We do not share information for marketing purposes. We give you controls in your profile to control how we use your details.
In creating an account you must provide us with some personal data, your name, an email address, a username and a password. Any other information is optional. The information we require is used to verify who you are, authenticate you and to contact you (email).
For up to 30 days after deletion it is still possible to restore your account, if it was accidentally deleted or you change your mind. After this period records of your email address, telephone number, squash level and password will be deleted. We will retain match results along with your name after this period to maintain a historical results record for the benefit of existing users.
We would like to occassionaly contact you via email to notify you of activity. We aim to do this only to enhance your experience in playing in leagues and friendlies. You can enable/disable these following notification types through your profile, website announcements will always be sent however.
The only third party we share information with is SquashLevels, we share match scores with player names your used ID only. We do this to benefit your squash experience with both Leagalise and SquashLevels. It enables all players to get (if they don't already have one) and maintain their "squash level" (SquashLevels' dynamic assessment of current playing level which will give them club, county and national rankings). Box league results are weighted at 50% of normal tournament results.
You may opt-out from sharing your game results with Squash Levels, however this would be to the detriment of your own Leagalise experience and also to your fellow opponents. Also note SquashLevels can make you hidden on their website, allowing you to maintain a squash level and not be made public on their website.

Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional website usage data and to operate our services. We rely on service providers to help operate our serivces, such as hosting. Data is held securely to industry standards and only accessable to Leagalise only. Passwords are stored in an encrypted fashion, however it is your responisbility to enure the password used is secure in it's format and not shared.
